Terms of Service

I have the right to have my art correctly credited and not altered in any way. Please do NOT steal, trace, or claim my art or designs as your own.
By placing an order to commission me, you agree to these rights and my terms of service

I will blacklist you if you violate these rights. Thank you.

Making an order and providing payment

please use tone indicators when needed during the commissioning process so there is no miscommunication or conflict. please also remain respectful and pleasant. I have right to cancel the commission if you fail to adhere to this. you will be refunded if payment has been made at this point.
I will not draw equines, avians, reptiles, mechanical characters, or insects. I will only draw felines, canines, and other such mammals. Please ask if you are unsure if the species is too difficult.
I will never draw nsfw. this is non-negotiable.
I will draw gore, but we will need to discuss this outside of the order form so we may communicate the extent of this gore.
I will never draw forms of racism, homophobia, transphobia or anything of the like. this is non-negotiable.
I work on commissions in order of when they are received and approved. i do not prioritise commissions unless it is a rush order. more information on rush orders can be found in my prices tab.
I will never remove my watermark/signature. this is non-negotiable.
I ask that my artwork is not posted on amino. this is non-negotiable.
you may not use my artwork for commercial purposes, including being resold, put on t-shirts, etc etc. personal use is fine, but please contact me beforehand.

payment must be made in usd amount via paypal.
payment must be made in full, upfront before i start work.
i will only issue a refund if the piece is still in the sketch or lineart stage. once i begin colour and detailing, refunds will not be issued unless any extenuating circumstances are explained.
i will make small edits to the final piece for free however, large edits, considered under my own judgement, will have a fee of varying price.
please never issue a chargeback without my consent/prior knowledge.

Design Terms of Service

please never resell my designs for more than you paid for them UNLESS they have extra art.
if a base is used, please appropriately credit the artist of the base, whether that be me, or someone else, according to their TOS.
do not steal or try to sell my designs as your own.
if you are creating offspring of the design, you may make a similar version of the design, but do not completely recreate it. this is considered to be an infringement of my terms surrounding stealing designs.
if you intend to resell one of my designs, please notify me beforehand so I may monitor the new owner's use of the design and be sure they are aware of my tos.

Your rights as the commissioner, and mine, as the artist

i, as the artist, have the right to refuse a commission and do not have to provide the reason why if I am uncomfortable doing so.
you, as the commissioner, have the right to ask for a refund before the piece has been fully lined.
i, as the artist, have the right to update my tos and add or change whichever term I see fit. it is your job to keep up with these when taking action with my artwork.
i, as the artist, have the right to close my commissions at any time without providing reason why if i am uncomfortable doing so.
i, as the artist, have the right to blacklist someone for violating my tos. i do not have to notify them if i am not comfortable doing so.
I, as the artist, reserve the right to use your commission to promote myself, post on my social media, and post on other sites such as discord and forums. if you would like this delayed or if you would like your commission to not be used in this manner, please contact me so we can discuss this.
you, as the commissioner, are allowed to use the piece for personal use such as a banner, profile picture, or wallpaper so long as my watermark is visible or clear credit is provided.
you, as the commissioner, have the right to be respected and be given pleasant communication from me, the artist, at all times during the commissioning process. I will always use tone indicators when necessary.

Extra important terms

you may not trace/reupload/falsely credit my artwork. this includes uploading to discord or any other app/site and claiming it as yours. you may upload my art to discord or any chat forums and sites with correct and clear credit to me as the artist, but you may not alter or trace it.some common sites I allow my artwork to be posted with credit include - Artfight, discord, carrd, toyhou.se, google docs, and fandom wikis.

you are welcome to ask for progress pictures at any point during the commissioning process, however, do not nag me daily please. i am a full-time student with a job first and foremost, and these take priority above all else. i will always do my best to communicate with you throughout the process of completing your piece.
The average turnaround time, depending on time and motivation, is about 2 months. It will usually take up to a week when motivation and time is good, and up to 2-3 weeks or a month when low/busy. please keep this in mind. i will always deliver a commission unless I find myself in a situation where I need to cancel.

SOME COMMISSION TYPES DO NOT HAVE EXAMPLES. THEY WILL UPDATE WHEN THEY DO. I LIKE TO KEEP MY EXAMPLES NEW AND UP TO DATE, HENCE THE LACK IN SOME SECTIONS.

if you would like a commission to be completed by a certain date, a rush fee will apply that varies depending on the type of commission and the timeframe. please contact me to discuss this

I will always provide a transparent file of your commission and email HQ files if needed.

SYMMETRICAL HEADSHOT - $8 + $1 shading

BUST - $9 + $1 shading

DISCORD PFP/PORTRAIT - $10 + $2 shading

HALFBODY - $15 + $3 shading

FULLBODY - $20 + $4 shading

SCENE - $45 + $15 per extra character
